  • Make an appointment to visit your home and discuss your personal goals and to make recommendations for how to prepare your home better for sale.   

  • Prepare a comparative marketing analysis for your home and then meet to discuss the pricing and write the listing contract of your home.

  • Photograph the property and develop the marketing material to position your property to sell.

  • Hold open houses, broker tours and showings to get maximum exposure to potential buyers.
